so, i haven’t posted in forever. for two very good reasons :
- i started summer classes and have been sooo busy. too busy.
- a tornado hit my hometown and have had to do a lot of clean up.
im going to try to make this more of a priority :)

made an amazing fruit salad, with fruit from a really fresh produce “hole in the wall” place.
mangoes, pineapple, grapes, cherries, cantaloupe, and kiwi. would have bought blueberries but they were out :/
so yesterday… i binged. really badly.
i had a banana, probably 2 handfulls of blueberries, and another 2 handfulls of cherries. although these are “good” foods to have, i
1)had too much, 2) im not supposed to eat fruit on my diet.
I dwelled on this act of binging. but now its a new day and i’ve done great so far.

haven’t posted in a few days i think.. but nothing really has changed except for the fact that i dropped another LB!
…aka i dropped another pound of fat. which is really hard for me to do!
i cheated twice this first week, i ate a banana a few days ago, then i had a mini reese cup at craigs house last night… :/ but hell, i still dropped another lb.!
back and bi’s workout today, already did my morning cardio and i can’t wait to get to the gym :)

i already had oatmeal this morning before my 20min cardio session, but then coming home, i really wasnt feeling the chicken…again. so i again, needed to add about a tea spoon of salsa to my egg whites and DAMN they were good.
had some pasta for my carboss but now ill be getting ready to gym it up :)
i was dying for a banana today.
anddd… i cheated and ate a banana, which led to a piece of dark chocolate.
im feeling really guilty about it. but god damn, that banana was good.
I FUCKING LOVE THIS WEATHER. lol but my boy posted this on my fb wall and i thought it was halirous.
updates on my day: 1) had oatmeal with sugar free “syrup”
2) had a steak, onion, pepper, egg white omelet when i when to Girly’s Grill with my girrllssss.
3) very pumped for the gym :) and full
4) i think its a shoulder workout today, possibly abs too :) yay.
